      They're keeping the drive model secret at least until they've bought up all the stock, so they can force you to buy from them.

        Doubt they would able to buy every burner that's compatable in the open market.

        As soon as someone knows the revision am sure they will post it. Till then hapoy guessing


        Even if they bought a load of them and added a few ? to the price. Not as if your not going to save money in the long run

          It's not a set of hardware specs that make it compatible. The firmware is flashable to a custom version that enables 8.7gb burning. So I actually think it's only the one model that's compatible.

            Its actually chipset of the drive thats compatable. And the only thing thats custom is the firmware
