    New to flashing

Ok this is my situation.....bought a 360 that was already flashed
dashboard says 7371, got the tools to do the flashing ck3, usb pro ,probe3 ect.... read the flashing tut. but not quite shure about dash upgrades if it affects the flashing process.....
By the way my drive is a liteon 74850c......right I can play backup of M.O.H Airborne but not Mass-effect 2.
Newb. trying to untanglethis info and have fun.
    Thanks for your patience.

You first need to flash the drive back to stock firmware then update to the latest dashboard get LT2.0 and flash that into your drive then you are good to go. Cunny has some great guides at the top of the xbox section have a look there if you get stuck

I'd check for if that's a jtag able dash. Think 7371 was as ms forgot to blow efuses. I'd do that if your not bothered about live. If you are then flash to stock. Update dash. Flash to latest lt for your drive

theres no fw on drive at a guess. connect up to jf, select same port, send device intro id, power off then on the drive

Yes you do. If freezes again look at your chipset, might not be compatable
