What Do I Need To Flash My BenQ Drive

Hi All,

I am looking to flash my 360 with a BenQ drive but i am a bit confused as to what i will need, to do this.
The 360 has already been flashed but i don not know what to unless there is a way to find out.
I would be greatfull if anybody could point me in the direction as to what i will need to do this in terms of hardware etc.
Also if i do not play online will i need to get a Liteon writer or will just using overburn with imageburn surfice.
