SAM ms25, keep open

this was a donor drive, the xbox originall had a benq in it, i flashed the sammy to lt+2.0 using the key i got from the benq i used it as the source fw, and sam lt+2.0 as the target, i did this correct ?? i spoofed, write, vendor out. All ok apparently.
when i put it in the xbox the tray keeps ejecting after i close it. I took it back out plugged it into my executer and tested it opening and closing with the eject button on the executer. It works fine when not in an xbox. Really dont know what i have done wrong here. Was hoping maybe someone else came across thiss error and fixed it, its definately not just getting stuck on the xbox case thats 100%

Have you tried the eject button on the console make sure its ok?

Try 2.1 but spoofing drives ain't supported anymore. Yes you did the spoof correctly

I will try that scott. spoofing is not supported in 2.1 ?? Do i still need to spoof it or is there a different way ? thanks for reply

Yes Spoofing (1 brand of drive say BenQ to say Samsung = spoofing) Its detectable now by microsoft and its not supported anymore by jf/fw.

However i recently spoofed a benq as a liteon (by owners req) and it worked. So if your happy and you dont use live, just do as you did but insteal of LT2.0 for sammym use LT2.1 for sammy

i have an old consle here also it was working fine unill fifa 12 update, i updated it from lt 1.5 was a benq, i updated to 1.91 put fifa 12 in and it failed the update. When i turn this console on now all i get is a black screen and the power light flashing green none of rings light up green it just as if its trying to open the tray or something, is this an unsual error ? i think its still looking for fifa 12 in the tray ? i tried putting lt 2.0 on there also an putting fifa 12 in the tray i dunno wot else to do, i really want to fix it !

Do you get an error code? Does it go back to the dashboard?

Whats on tv output? are the wires connected correctly?

You should be returning to stock fw with the original drive type inside the xbox before updating from either live/usb fkash/burnt cd/dvd/original game not from a backup

I got the sreen to come back on ! , i used a scart block instead of plugging yellow red and white cables straight into the tv. Its stuck on the update for fifa12, i think i might be able to get it working again now thanks
