W12 Update - OOOPPPSSS

Hi All

Not been on here for ages but need your specialised knowledge please.
My son has an XBox 360 which i had flashed ages ago to take the Kinetics games.
He has not used it for a long time as he is now hooked on PS3.
Anyway he was desperate for WWE12 so i did him a back up today using IMGBURN.
All went fine until he loaded the disk and it asked for an update WHICH he did.

Now none of his back ups work.

Your help would be much appreciated.

Don't do Xboxes so do i need to get it reflashed.

Yes a reflash would be needed, sounds like the drive fw been updated for XDG3 so a new CFW needed

your better off waiting for the new fw to come out.

Do you know when the new FW will be released.

I know this is probably a how long is a piece of string question.
