Which drive is the easiest to flash?

I have a Lite On drive and I find it very complicated to do flashing.
Is benq a better option as I thought of buying a new drive to replace

i brought 15 xboxs with red ring from gumtree repaired em and had 1 of each old drive samsungs are the best no probe needed and they dont support ap25 protection happy days
