How to Add a member to an Gold Family Pack?

My cousins payed for a Gold Family Pack. They only have 3 Xboxs so they have 1 slot left. How can I get added onto their account. I tried going onto the support page at Xbox.com but the link seems to be broken. Can anyone help me out or find a website that will explain it well? Thanks .

I think there is 1 'master account' this is where things like adding people to the pack will be done, if in doubt, ring xbox

The primary account has to be on the same xbox as the account your adding. I recovered my cousins account on my xbox added him then he recovered it back at his house.
