wireless problems on the new xbox 360

can anybody tell me how to connect my xbox 360 to my router i can put my details in manually but it still wont connect can any body tell me why

if u let xbox search for ya ssid then u put password in should work first time

if it doesnt, turn your router off for a few minutes then turn it back on. wait for thr router to set itself up then try again,
