I am looking to buy an XBOX 360 250 GB box and was wondering if there was any difference between the two boxes apart from the size of the hard drive.
XBOX360 250GB & XBOX360 Elite 120GB

1st link dont work mateI saw this two and couldn't decide which is better buy technically;
Amazon.co.uk: xbox 360 console
Xbox 360 Elite Console (120 GB Hard Drive): Amazon.co.uk: PC & Video Games
2 is an elite, which drive will be easier to flash if you wanted that. These models are covered for e74 an RROD for 3 years. Motherboard more than likely hackable by the RGH
If the other is a slim then thats got built in wireless an obv harder to flash and maybe the newer motherboard that cant be hacked either.
Or if a phat 250gb phat then only main difference will be hdd size
There is also this

Are you saying go for the 120gb model as its easier to flash rather going for the 250gb model? Sorry to seem dim but I am still not sure which is the better buy.Comment

Its upto you. The older phat models are easier to flash and if HDMI then are prown to the Reset Glitch Hack.
It depends if you want the drive flashing. Not all new slims are hackable yet and the motherboards have the hana chip removed to stop the RGH.
Slim drives that are hackable either require replacement PCBs, replacement SPI, dremel the SPI (kamikaze hack) or soldering + probe (sputnik)
Thats if you want to modify it in anyway.sigpic

I never mess with any box until its out of warranty and then I am happy to try modding as long as it does not involve any soldering.Comment

Go woth a PHAT (no soldering) slim either soldering or replalcement PCB. Thats your options mate on the modding side.
I personally think slim as they look better but more than likely get a un moddifable box (drive an board) but phats you can do both.
If you go for a phat, try game(station) places like that an they will give u 12 months on itsigpic
