xbox will not play discs

my grandson has a Xbox 360 and some of his games were freezing or not playing , i purchased a "skip Dr" to clean his game discs , which seemed OK, however when the game is placed in the Xbox it says "loading" and then "open tray" and the game will not play at all now , i have tried other discs and there play OK . only the ones i cleaned with the skip Dr do not work. has anyone else had this problem ,and answers to putting it right,

Open tray means the laser is dying/dead. Replace the laser or replace the whole drive.

i fixed my drive which had the same error, look at videos for P.O.T Tweak xbox, basically you need to take the drive apart and turn a small screw near the laser, read some guide for your drive, only thing u *Must* have is a multimeter
