Do I need to have Xbox Live to update my game?

    Do I need to have Xbox Live to update my game?

    I (I mean the wife) have Zumba Fitness for the Xbox 360. After a few buggy issues with the game I have found out that there is an update for the game to make it run smoother. I do not have Xbox live, I have not signed up to it and I have already used up my initial 24 hour free Xbox live when I first got the console.

    Do I have to have Xbox live to update the game? Or is it just a case of connecting the console to my broadband and then getting an update?

    Any help would be handy.

    I remember having the old stream up at work. It's a nice stress reliever, granted you work in the IT dept and your internetz are not filtered.

      Come on now tell the truth zumba is realy for you . As long as your are connected to live even though you dont have a gold membership you should still be able to get the update. If that doesnt work go to this post and follow the instrucstions without downloading the first TU file as its for another game. But it will give you an idea on what to do.
