hope someone can help ,at the moment my 360 is banned from live but if i buy a new un banned 360 will i still be able to use my same gamer tag and login or will i have to create a new one?

Yes mate.

They do not ban the account, only the console.

of course you can play with your same gamer tag. same games and same account.

Yea you can probably still use it.

I guess they just burn the account. Its easier. Online games accounts are usually banned rather than banning the PC using the modem MAC.

Xbox Live ban the console NOT the account.

Hardware bans are also issued on PC games to persistant cheaters.

They should do this for the call of duty 5 cheaters on the ps3, they use a glitch to slip underground!! pi55es me right off!! Ban em all!!
