    Flashed and Live

I have just re-flashed my sons xbox to stock and registered his xbox on my sky account so he can use the xbox as a multiroom box.

He doesn't play on live so My question is would it be safe to re-flash back to lt3.0 so he can play his backups off-line and still have use of the sky without there being any chance off being flagged, etc??

As said it will only be going online for the use of sky and not for gaming.

Have been running a flash box with live for about 4-5 years and never been banned yet.

As long as your backups are burnt right. And everythin kept upto date. Flash back to stock before console updates then should be ok.
