ihas not buring right !! half of space on disk used at 100% burn !!

hi guys

wondering if any1 can help me here

i have a ihas burner flashed with right firmware for xgd3 burning

today i burnt a few games off for the kids to play. all high quality verb discs

i went to test them in the machine and noticed only half the disk has been used !!!!

can any1 shed any light on this if its happened to them and how this was fixed ??

the drive was fine last week when i used it to burn GTa for the boys !!!

take a look at the pic and ull see what i mean
these are all diff iso's which previously have burnt fine with this same drive !!!!

burnt using the initial release of imgburn used for xgd3.

All iso pass abgx m8? Things i;d try is reflash of ihas and maybe update imgburn

How old is your pc hardrive. Does it make any grinding sounds when you are burning. 1 of my mates had a similar problem and it turned out his hardrive was nackerd

yes i run all thru abgx mate

ill see if i can find the firmware thing for the ihas and reflash its ass.
hdd is spot on as not that old but ill try burn an newwly downloaded game from a brand new 3tb hdd too
ill update my imgburn as i know a newer one came out not so long ago

update

ok i have reflashed the drive back to stock then rebooted
reflashed it ltmax firmware that first came out

im now burning me3 d1 from a totally diff hdd with new imgburn

Am thinkin the firmware could have been up the wall some how. To get those kind of burns either the iso was not the correct size and without any video padding or a fw issue maybe?

Whats your ABGX settings? did you follow xecuters settings from TX?

im sure i set it up tho a few months back when i got my ihas

like i say its only just stopped burning right !!!
i may revert teh drive to stock and try burn a game then see what it does
tell me when you use imgburn do u give it the dvd file or the straight iso file ??
i feed it the dvd file like normal

also the DVD film i burnt last ngiht burnt fine

I'll link the settings in a sec. Make sure your using ABGX 1.06 (the gui will say 1.03 i think but aslong as the cli window states 1.06 your on latest version)

I also have ticked aswell as xecuters:

Under options:

Check /fix video padding
Check for update & including csv
check for anydvd style corruption

Under misc

Add console region
Also split dvd add if does not exist

Also maybe try changing sata lead/port

I use the .dvd file, this only tells imgburn where the layer break is.

Also maybe try a format of your system. Also maybe a defrag chkdsk of your download drive.
