xbow keeps shutting down in play NEED HELP

Hi all
I'm a CALL OF DUTY fan and in the middle of play my box keeps shutting down I'm completely stumped, the fan is still running, it has not gotten any warmer than usually, does anyone have any ideas about what could be wrong
