I think you can but not 100%. If you mean how far you have gotten on a game eg game saves and such? Then again I think you can, but not 100%.

I believe you need a transfer cable and some other things.

You just need to buy a transfer cable , and follow the instuctions that will come with it.

you can do it by usb stick these days. recently upgraded my 20gb to 120gb this way.not recently enough to remember how though!
