Hi, I have a few questions if anyone could help me. Was fixing the RROD for one of my mates the other day and I managed to get the xbox working the xbox needed updating as the dash was ancient . So I opened Jungle Flasher and forgot to save the drive key, I then clicked erase and it erased the whole drive and now when I put the drive into the xbox it comes up as "cant read update from the disc, with a status code of 22FB - 397F - B800 - 0F00 - C000 - 0013

I haven't managed to change it back to stock it is a benq drive but I notice that it did have a lite on firmware spoofed to it so the question is now that I don't have the drive key how do I go along to flashing the drive back to stock or have I managed to fry up the drive? Also I cant seem to get my drive into vendor mode, I tried benq unlock but it comes up with "no drive detected, Benq UnLock aborted!! I am using a via sata cable.

Please use the search function. This error usually happens with spoofed drives or on an older firmware.

However you could be totally screwed as you dint save the key.

Get an original game from a dash higher than 146 dash that updates drives to a xdg3 firmware. Let it finish the update. I've seen people recover drives this way. You could get lucky.

Other alternative is the rgh hack to retrieve drive key. Again if that's plausible.

Try get hold of the key from who ever flashed it first.

Spoofed drives not supported anymore so you will need a new matching drive anyway

ok thanks Cunny I will try and get a sniper elite original as I was so stupid to try and update through a copied version I will keep you posted if it works

Bought the sniper elite original game today and the xbox has updated fine and it is all up and running again I wont be attempting to flash it just incase something else goes wrong
