ive got a flashed xbox 360 so i can play backup games i legally own how do i no if its up to date with the newer games and so i font get banned any advice and help given is much appreciated

put a latest game in - If it gives you the option to update - your not with the latest firmware - If it doesn't then you are.
However It depends on the dash too - you could be up to date for the XDG3 games it may not be - as cunny says have a read.
