i cant get drive to go into vendor mode

i have cki3i enabled so i dont have to power on and off xbox360usbpro all the time
i have tried to put in vendor with this turned off and still doesnt do it
any ideas thanks

There will be a lock switch on the pcb, put it to unlock

think i sorted it re installed drivers for x360 pro usb v2 and plugged board in, out and back in to it then did jf follow tut pages 213 onwards
and it went to vendor mode
followed tut to the letter and flashed it
