Has anyone managed to get them as jpeg format so they can be uploaded to use on FSD?

No I know Ive done that, its just there are a few premier league clubs with their own cover for Fifa 13.
Everton was one of them, I wanted the jpeg of the file that teh EA site was giving away, so that it showed the Everton cover of FIFA instead of the normal one.
Its ok now I managed to get the pdf off the site convert it and upload it to covers.jq360
