how do i burn xbox 360 iso files

heya guys ive just brought a falshed 360 and im trying to copy my own games i have brought duel layer dvds and a duel layer writer but everything ive fownloaded wont fit on my dvds i have brought they are 8 gig discs is there any way of shrinking a iso to fit the duel layer discs please sumone let me no if can be done thanks
