One way is to read the label on the top of the DVD drive

You tube how to take apart, or look in the stickies. It would also depend on which drive you have as not all slim drives are flashable

The only way to tell is to physically take the console apart. Yes you can look at trays to see if Hitachi or liteon but would you know hat version of liteon from the tray

Tho by judging from lot it more than likely a 1175 or 0500 so ltu or rgh is your choices if that is right

i know there is way from taking the front of and the colurs of the wires thats how i found out bout my sons
