xbox parental control help needed

hi all my little boy has been messing with the parental control on our xbox 360, he has put a code in that he cannot remember ,i have tried the "reset your code" Q but he answered that with an answer he cannot remember so because of this we cannot play any fighting games ...so if anyone can help i would be thankful

ring xbox live customer services give them the required info and they will give you a certain way to press buttons on controller to reset it
