xbox 360 3 red lights with plug and play?

hello

last night i was in the menu of a game and my xbox froze
i reset the console and 3 red lights came up
i switched it off , unplugged the hdd and reinserted it
done the same thing.

i then unplugged my play and charge kit wire (usb) and it worked but i now using batteries in my controlller , ive tried every usb port and the console freezes up , anyone else experienced this?

Try clearing cache also check if any of the usb pins are bent.

Did you get any error codes or pull the secondary codes?

ill clear the cache later to see if this helps
never experienced this before
