System Link up

I'm trying to do system link up with 1 flashed xbox and 1 stock xbox.
I am using a crossover cable and the flashed xbox as the host.
They link up fine and work great when using original games but when I use a backup on the flashed one it starts the game but then freezes.
Any ideas??

HOw does the flashed box behave on the same backup not on sys link?

Works fine mate. All the back ups do but once I try link up with compatible backups it just won't work.

well i aint got a clue on this 1 then i only use link on my RGH nand as allows me to play over the internet.

have got all the game updates on both xboxs?

Good point kris as these will need to match to be able to play.if they dont they willeither need to be downloaded to each xbox from live or deleted so none are on

Yes I've cleared system cache in both consoles and the backup games are still freezing but originals working great on link up. Backups working great by themselves. (Not in link up)
