m8 its like this i have been doin it for the last 3 years had different firmwares got banned once iff you put the latest stealthed firmware on then for now you are safe but on the otherhand no one knows what the new update will bring but at least iff you get banned you still got your modded xbox and can now buy a new one ?97.00 from asda put your account or hard drive on it and you are back on thay ban the box not your account have fun......

Always check your backups using abg360 since bad backups are what usually get people banned.
Also don't play games online before their official release date.

chipping flashing banning

I got banned one time a fre years ago before stealth was even thought of.

Now I have not been since then, not since ix was made. now im on 1.6... you dont have to upgrade to every version thats made as its coming out, but if your on anything lower then ix1.5, then your gonna need to update anyway, so may aswell be 1.6.

Get way to avoid bans is check your games in ABGX360 to make sure there proper, and never play games before launch date, no matter how good it looks...

I have done a few chips rather then flash, and the 3 that i have done play on live just fine, well 2 out of 3, one was banned but he played some game 5 weeks before launch.

I've been told that if you mod the xbox before you first go on live then you will be ok. But I have not tried it myself.

I dont know about 360, I got banned on a reg Xbox for my console being hacked.
