Confused

I bought a flashed Xbox 360 (but unsure on the drives used or versions). It cane with games such as Fallout 3/New Vegas/Assasins Creed 2/L4D 2/La Noir which all work. But my burnt games Dantes Inferno and Guitar Hero Warriors of Rock don't work. I burnt Bully/Acme arsenal and they DO work. What do you this is wrong? Do I need activate.iso?

I don't know anything about the drive, any way to find this out? Dashboard Version? I think it's the new one but could be wrong. If needed I could get a photograph.

EDIT - I think its a BenQ looked at some drive pictures.

Wires are white, and the drive design looks like a BenQ. I cant get the book thing on ImgBurn to DVR+R DL I can only set it to DVD RW and then DVD-ROM. :/

Tried burning it as a DVD-ROM with the first setting being DVD RW but still didn't work. Wasted 4 disks so far...

If you make sure that you have a double layer compatable burner.

You also have to ensure that if your burning XDG3 your using burner max payload or fw

And above anything really, you got 2 options, read and learn how to do it all yourself or be parting with money for someone to do it for you.

I can burn, but only games that are under wave 4 seem to be working. Also I don't know about the XGD3 stuff and doubt it will work. Thanks for the help though, but nothing is solved yet haha. It's just weird that the Wave 4 games that were given to me work my mine dont and neither does my activate.iso

Was the activate.iso burnt to a DVD R + DL?

I'd read on how to take the xbox apart, dump firmware and flash to stock. Update dash to latest. Then reflash drive with LT3.0.
