Remember me wont copy to HDD FreestyleDash RGH

Having problems with Remember Me
For some reason it will only copy 15xx files from 24xx but wont do anymore than that
All the other games i have moved to HDD this week have worked (All retail discs)
Star Trek
Metro
Injustice

But Remember me wont. Is there some form of copy protection on the disc
