hi i have a 360 slim that is flashed

prob is the drive as packed up just get open tray ive tried all the fixes tweaking pots clean laser ect nothing works


i no if i get another working drive i have to change the pcb board of mine onto new drive but will this mean my flash will be gone

The Firmware (flash) is stored on the SPI on the PCB so if you swap the PCB over then the Firmware travels with it.

You other option could be replacment laser?
