I have a xbox 360 slim on dashboard 2.0.16203.0 with a liteon drive it is a DG-16D4S FW 0225 with a winbod pcb I have got all the keyes ect off it but will the spi chip be locked if it is do I change the pcb to a unlocked one and whitch one do I use

Yes, the drive will be locked since you have gone past the 2.0.13599.0 update.
There's 2 options open to you number one is to replace the PCB

Or secondly the Kamikaze hack which involves drilling a small hole into the Winbond chip.

If i was you I would do the kamikaze hack as you have nothing to lose if it goes wrong because you can just replace the PCB with the one I linked to as you already have all the information off the board that you need.

This would be a straight swap as you have your keys. Yes you can try the kami hack as you have nothing to lose so coice is yours. And the 0225 revision was factory locked, the 9504 fw was unlocked then updated to 0272 and locked
