    Best Xbox 360 Backup burner?

    Hey guy

    I persoanlly have a Dw1620 Benq burner and after trying a few times every time i attempted making a backup i get a massie failure an di am using Verbatims DL DvD+R, so its definiently the burner.

    Now im looking to buy a new one as far as i know pioneers 11 and 112d are highly rated however as i need it as soon as possible i e today before 6pm i have checked local stores nearby.

    Here is pc worlds result:
    PC World UK Computer Superstore - Buy cheap computers, laptops, desktop PCs, printers, LCD TVs, sat nav, digital cameras and more..

    COuld anybody recommend me which one to get of those?
    I mean anything it must be specificaly be capable of apart from burning DL discs?

    Please let me know ASAP.

      Any dual layer drive should do the job mate.
      I got a Asus 2014 drive it does the job.

          dude my benq is dw1620 and its DL?

          but it dosent Burn, can you help me select?

          Bytehway i need an IDe Drive Mate not Sata.

              I think if your burner is DL compatable and its not burning this media you need to upgrade to firmware of the drive or the System Os is not up to date with the Burner, its only something small Im sure...

              There is a issue with some LG burners as they burn sequentially which is an issue burning backups of Xbox games...Its something to look at regarding your burner.

                          No worries mate i got a New LG Burner external via USB from Argos and it works superb! No burn errors anymore! Thanks for the help guys

                              I have a lite on dl burner, bought on ebay new from uk. Use img burn software. Also use Aone dl discs also from ebay sellers & fairly cheap. run your files through abgx360 to check if the file is ok to burn. Will save you loads of discs over the years.
                              Have full ver Ross-Tech Vag Com.

                                      HMM i think the external LG burner works awesome was using verbatisms should now move to slightly cheaper disks will ive aeon a shot
