Hitachi Flash

Ok Guys, just got my sata card off fleabay so i am going to flash my hitachi 78....

I have downloaded the latest jungle flasher then

I have been to xbins and downloaded

xbox360/hackedfirmware/hitachi320L/ixtreme 1.5

is this the correct one before i start ?
