    ixtreme firmware ?

    Hi Guys, i have just tried to flash my 78 Hitachi drive with the help of the kind people on this site, however when i opened the rar folder with the ixtrme firmware in it there are about 4 different files for my 78 drive, so wich one do i use ? , i have been told that it is for different speeds of the drive but how do you know which one to use ?

          i looked at the tutorials last night, and i can't see anywhere where it mentions this...
