Jungle Flasher CK? Tutorial ?

Hi Fellas, does anyone know where i can get hold of a tutorial for flashing a lite-on drive which uses the ck3 connectivity kit also the LATEST Jungleflasher software, because i can only find a tut which uses the old jungleflasher and all the buttons are differeent, even the tut on the team executer site uses the old version of jungle flasher...
