Burn at the lowest speed and don't use the pc at all when your burning. See if that makes a difference. What prog are you using to burn with ?

    THE TRUTH
    The Hillsborough Independent Panel. 12/09/12

Today's report is black and white. The Liverpool fans were not the cause of the disaster.
The panel has quite simply found 'no evidence' in support of allegations of 'exceptional levels of drunkenness, ticketlessness or violence among Liverpool fans' and 'no evidence that fans had conspired to arrive late at the stadium' and 'no evidence that they stole from the dead and dying'.

Could be your media mate, or could be your burner, or a combination of both. Are you using a new media?? If so, then this is more than likely your issue. If not, then it could just be a dodgy batch of media.

TBH mate, I would get a pioneer burner. They aint as fussy as others, and all media works on it. I would probably say its the media your using mate, rather than it being your drive. Try some Aone disks, or Elite if you can find them. And of course Verbatims are the daddy of all media.

I full agree here. These discs are really good, work with all drives i have tried and for ?5 for 10.
Buy Aone Dual Layer DVD+R - 10 Pack? from CCL - Online Retailer of the Year 2008, 2007 & 2006 for laptops, desktops and computer hardware

But also maybe change to a pioneer they are the kings of dvdr burning and not fussy at all
