Slim Drive fw and LT question

Quick question:

What drive and firmware would following slim have :
MFR date : 2011-09-10
dash : 15574

According to xboxdrivelist its a Corona and a 16D4s.

Someone told me it could be 16d5s?

also on the 15574 dash will this drive be locked and require pcb replacement board to be bale to flash?

A slim console with a Corona motherboard can have a Lite-On D4S, Lite-On D5S or Hitachi drive.

A D4S drive can be read and written to (if the SPI is unlocked), but D5S and Hitachi drives require an LTU(2) PCB and firmware (you need to glitch the console to get the required files).

If your console has a D4S drive, the SPI will almost certainly be locked if the dashboard version is 15574.
