all you need to do is open up the rar and take out the $systemupdate folder and put it on a usb stick then there you go
you have new dash

Why not wait till the 11th an download it when it is released.

when people installed the NXE dash before it was released the last time, it stopped them going on to live untill the date it was released rather wait 4 days then go without live no offence dubz

Dont think your attitude is very good mate.

I notice that you havent put your age up here which lets me think you are still very young and cannot drink alcohol yet.

Why would you risk your machine being banned from live?

There are many statements across the site stating that there is always a risk when modding your xbox.

But from my experience it is the people who cannot wait to play a game see a new feature or simply are not clued up on how to patch burn games that end up with an offline console.

Then what they do is come on forums and whinge and ask why they got banned.

The point i am trying to put across is that if you abide by the rules in the sense that you do not do anything until release dates then the chances are your console will remain safe from the ban.

Hence the reason i have been online for 2 years and never had any problems.

A lesson to yourself would be to listen to experienced members on here and you in turn will learn a lot and once you are a bit older and silly boys come on and do silly things you can explain what you have learned from experience.

Instal at owners own risk, when the NXE was 1st released it was full of bugs, also was kind of suspected in last ban wave. Nobody actually knows what ms look for to ban modded consoles but again this was suspected.

I already have the BETA version, i signed up to MS beta & bug testing for this dashboard and i got in.

Whats new.
* Being able to eject the disc tray using the 'X' button whilst a disc is already in. (ATM you can only do it to a empty disc tray)
* Ability to sort your friends list in Alphabetic al order whether they are on or offline.
* New avatar things.


Thats all i can remember from the top of my head, il edit the post when i see something else.
