XBOX 360 (RGH) - Anyone know how to update the Kinect.

I have a XBOX 360 (RGH) when i plug in the Kinect I get a message saying to update via xbox.com/update

Am guessing i cant update via there website as my box is a XBOX 360 RGH.

Does anyone know if the is a safe way to update ?
