    I think I've been stupid

As the title suggests I think I've gone and shoot myself in the foot.

I've downloaded the Batman: Arkham Asylum rip from the interwebs. Now normally as a rule I run it though abgx and I don't play it until it's released however it passed abgx and I REALLY wanted to play it (I've actually got it on pre-order for the PS3 but I NEEDED IT NOW DAMN IT!)

Normally in these circumstances I unplug the ethernet unplug the power lead wait 5 mins then pug the power lead back in and play the game. By unplugging the power lead I reset the clock so that any saved itmes would be dated with completely the wrong date then when I plug the ethernet back in and the data goes to M$ I'm covered. However.....
in my haste to play it I forgot to unplug the powerlead AND i've found out that the dude that's ripped the game is somewhat of a tit and apparently he's an uploader at abgx and it's verifying against itself which is crap.

So now I'm screwed. The next time I connect to XBL, M$ may well find either a bad rip or if he actually did a good job at ripping a retail copy they are going to know I've been playing it WAYYYY before the street realease date.

Anybody any suggestions for what I can try to limit the danger? I'm well aware that nobody knows exactly how M$ work out who they drop the ban hammer on but the more I can limit the buckload of crap I've exposed myself to the better. I'm thinking of either: 1) connecting the 360drive up to my computer and wiping the whole thing or 2) connecting the drive up to my computer and deleting any files pertaining to Batman AA.

You could be ok, then again you could be banned. This is part of the chances we take so again until we know how ms detects flashed consoles then its just a guessing game, i would probably do a format from the system menu and re download your profile, or format from pc, the choice is yours my friend
