how do i back up my original firmware?

i have a hitachi 78fk? jus lookin to flash it with JF and iextreme 1.51?

jus need to know if jungle flasher will back up my original firmware incase i need to re-flash to orignal. or do i need a different program?

and if JF does back up my original fimware and key were is it stored so i can make several copies for safe keeping?
