Xbox 360 Live IP Address??

Hi All, I've spent Days trying to sort out my Lads Xbox Live, no matter what I try It will not get an IP Address from my Router (Netgear WRN2000), Its wired, and I know the Patch lead is good as my Laptop gets an IP straight away. I,ve tried assigning a static IP as well as automatic, still nothing!
My next step will be to make up a Long Lead and plug it direct to the Cable Modem, if that fails I am out of Ideas's. Apart from Wireless of course!
Has anybody come accross this problem? anybody Got any Idea's? I dont think there is anything I need to change on the Router but I'm open to suggestions.

hey set all to manual thenr eset all back to 0 then set back to automatic and try then and it should pick up works for me
