Do u think I could a box back for rrod fix if it already has has the xclamp fix done

if you remove the clamp and put back the original "X" clamp that came with the box + and seal back on then yes.
i've sent boxes back that look like a truck ran over them and MS replaced em.
then again,
i sent a non modded , gen ROD and they sent it back saying it was tampered with and it never got replaced.i think its all down to which turd looks at it in the MS repair centre.
and as for the ROD eliminated with the new MOBO ? sorry to say but thats bollox ,,,,a m8 just sent one back dated june 09 back had it 3 days unmodded , R.O.D .its a design fault and will never be sorted until the 720 comes out and then i bet summut happens with that !!.
