advise please

hi just bought a xbox360 arcade on sunday brand new took it to get flashed at my local car boot got a few games while i was there aswell. upon playing these games on some ov them it comes up disc error this can be half way through the game and somtimes it will play with no problems at all is this due to the disc or could i have had a bad flash or somthing any ideas guy's thanks ant

its disc quality m8 .. if its a fast game it uses the disc all the time they can do that .. ie fifa10 has to be on a good disc or backed up to the hard drive

there crap m8 .. with these fast newer game u have to use verbatim . they cost about a pound each for printable's but its the only way and its better than 40 pound a game

My guess as its a brand new box, then it will be a liteon drive. Aone dvdr+dl work really well with this drive. They are about ?5 FOR 10 SO also cheap.

l have afew of these and for years where great . then the aone plus came out and my dreams came to an end they werent the same again .. sob sob .. some of my drives hate the plus ones l ordered loads that where advertised as aones and they always turned up as plus ones

Yeah hitachi drives can be a pain sometimes with aone discs, liteons and benqs should be ok with them, some samsung drives prefer the verbs but at nearly ?30 for 25, i'd rather but a liteon off of ebay

I have bought quite a few from there. Last lot were plus, bought some from car boot yesterday @ ?4 a pack and they premium, they also work fine

never tried the premium ones r they better that +plus or they meant to be cheaper quality

They work out at ?9 per pack.

@cgscott i had a really bad experience with diskdepot about 12 months ago with a ciss i bought from them on ebay. Wont have anymore dealings with them, their customer support stinks.

use aone dvds dl i have no probs fifa 10 runs real good on them

i use alone and i got fifa and it works perfect never really had a problem with alone disks
