can any 1 help me, keep getting unplayable disc error when downloading games ,is it a bad copy??????????

First, read the thread on using ABGX360 to see if the .dvd and .iso files are OK BEFORE you try to burn them.

Secondly, only use CloneCD to write the disk and ensure you select the .dvd file NOT the .iso to burn.

Thirdly, use only Verbatim 2.4 DL discs (I've had many failures trying to use other brands).

And Lastly - Only burn at 2x.

This way you will have a valid disc - if it fails then it has to be something to do with the console (in my opinion anyway)

I recommend Aone Premium DVD+R DL discs if you want to opt for a cheaper option. I have had one bad one in around 80-90 discs. Cost me ?16.50 for 50 discs

That is a load of horse manure mate.

I have tried all sorts and they are all good.

Im getting 50 printables now for ?13 now and never had one fail yet.

Its how you burn them.

Forgot to mention i also let IMGBURN burn at AWS speed which is automatic. And depending on the disc quality it varies the speed. Not every disk in 100 is of the same quality but i have found this helps.

I've sat and watched a few burn at 4x but mostly churning out at 8x.


Disk takes 15 mins. Not an hour.
