just a little advice.

I got the dreaded ban yesterday, i was mortified, i would like to advise people that please make sure you test the backups with stealth software.
I know i didnt play games before the release date, but i would be kidding everyone if i said i 100% checked the stealth on the lastest one, i just cannot be sure. ( expensive mistake to make. )

Can anyone advise me that it is just the console which is banned? I am okay to get a new Xbox360 and play with the existing gamer tag, or should i use the months free trial with a new Gamertag.

Your gamertag is fine.

Console is a single player unit now.
