I think this guy has installed a chip called infectus, you can get an addon for the chip which lets you get the drive key from the motherboard and other excellent things......thats all i know about it though, take a look at this

Apparantly you could use an exploit which let you get the cpu key which you need to unbann the xbox , however if you have the summer 09 sytem update 849x or newer on your xbox then the exploit has been patched and can no longer be used, in short i think if you have been banned you are screwed..
