i think ma xbox is dead i was getting 3 red lights with error code 0102 so i borrowed my mates heatgun tried it on the gpu both side i let it cool.

and now im getting 3 red lights as soon as i switch it on and the fans stop after a few couple of seconds.

yea done that first and it worked for a few weeks

Sounds like you've over done it on the heat mate.

I've done that to 2 machines myself

check all the caps etc, look for swelling.

i had a look at the caps but to me they all seem fine no buldges or anything
