xbox live problem?

My xbox was updatin yesterday and the broadband cut out half way true the update since then my xbox live wont work i tested the connection on the xbox and everythin seems fine other than it fails wen tryin to connect to xbox live could someone please help as all i us the xbox for is xbox live

go into setting and memory and check if the update say corrupted and delete it and reboot

what catagory would the update be saved under

l would think system items . very rare they dont start updating again after a failed update

no its not their theirs only marketplace data,rights database and video bookmark data anymore help???

Try a game that you have not played for a while.

Take your hard drive off game in update if it asks then hard drive back on.

If not phone them and ask uk freephone number 0800 587 1102.

What error you getting?

Should take an update no problem.
