xbox 360 ixtream firmware 1.7

hi i have xbox360 elite i bought it chip as what the guy called it . want to play tekkan 6 but the guy has told me i need the new firmware 1.7 ixtream on the box. does any1 understand this and can i down load it from anyway and can any1 please help

Lets be clear, there is no such thing as 1.7 - it was supposed to be called 'LT' but that has been ditched. No sense in discussing something that has never existed and probably never will.
