    hi i was checking my backup of call of duty mw 2. that is burned to a disc with abgx and here is the error it came up with can anyone explain it thanks. jackd

    This has been patched back to an earlier wave file so that it could be played on earlier version of ixtreme.

    Needs to be patched with Wav 4 file.

      will i be ok to use it online as i have got a flashed xbox that is working online. i dont want to get banned by using the backup if it wont be ok thanks. jackd

        Nothing is 100 % safe but i would make sure all games pass on abgx and verify before burning and playing them.

        I done this with all my games but was still banned in november but have since got another console and flashed it and im back online playing with the same games.

          I wouldn't play on live at all with hacked firmware, esp not with a patched game. I'd even avoid updating nxe until the new firmware is released. It should be safer but as cgscott said nothing is 100%. Microsoft tend to ban in waves so even if you don't get banned instantly they may have flagged your console to be banned in the next wave. When my console was banned it had original firmware on it but I had been flagged at some point before when I had hacked firmware.
